• Standard Items: Consignors receive 40% of the sale price (excluding sales tax).
• Luxury Items: Consignors receive 50% of the sale price (excluding sales tax).
• In-Store Credit Bonus: Receive 15% off your purchase when using your sales credit in-store. Earn an additional 15%  off if you have a fully stamped loyalty card!

We are excited to partner with you to showcase your unique items. Our consignment policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for both our consignors and our boutique. Please read the guidelines carefully before proceeding. 

Consignment Terms

1. Items will remain on consignment for 60 days from the drop-off date.
2. Upon the completion of the 60-day consignment period:

• Please email Chic Consignment Boutique to arrange payment for the items sold.
• After the consignment period ends, unsold items will be returned.

         Important Notice: Any items not claimed by the specified pick-up date will be considered forfeited and become the property of Chic Consignment Boutique

  We accept the following items:

• Clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories.
• Items must be in excellent condition, current in style, and align with our boutique’s aesthetic.
• Designer and brand approval: All items must be pre-approved by management before consignment.

Schedule an appointment via the online Consignor Portal.

• Bring up to 20 items or fewer on hangers please for evaluation.
•  Please ensure all items are clean and in good condition before bringing them in.  We are only excepting at this time.
•  SPRING & SUMMER ONLY !!!!!
• Returning consigners: drop off all items during business hours no appointment is needed. Have all clothing Items on hangers, we will return them back to you.
  

• Automated sales reports are sent to your email. Choose weekly, or monthly updates to stay informed about your items.

• Once your items are accepted, the boutique will determine the retail price with you.
• Our pricing strategy balances maximizing your return while remaining competitive.

At Chic Consignment Boutique, we curate a collection of unique designer pieces that cater to various styles and sizes. Submit payout or pick-up requests through one of these methods:

1. Use the online Consignor Portal.
2. Email us at gg@chiccboutique.com.
3. Fill out a request form in-store.

Include the following information in your request:

• Full name, email address, and phone number.
• Details of the request and consignment end date .
• Mailing address for payouts.

Payout Note:

• Allow at least 7 days for payout processing with a 3-day advance request.
• Indicate whether you prefer your check mailed or picked up in-store (Monday–Friday) 11AM - 4 PM

• Chic Consignment Boutique is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to consigned items. Consignors are encouraged to insure their merchandise.

• Either party may terminate the consignment agreement with written notice. All unsold items must be collected within 14 days upon termination.
